Good Afternoon Milford Families, Faculty, Staff, and Community Members,

I hope you are enjoying a safe, fun, and relaxing summer with family and friends. I'm pleased to announce the selection of Ms. Donna Magoon as our 2021-2022 Interim Assistant Superintendent.

Ms. Magoon holds her M.Ed in Elementary and Special Education, as well as her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership from Plymouth State University. She has served as the Assistant Superintendent of the Claremont School District for two years. Prior to Claremont, she was the Program Coordinator of Early Childhood Education and Teacher Preparation at Lakes Region Community College, and Assistant Principal and Special Education Coordinator at Stevens High School in Claremont, NH. She has held a variety of leadership and teaching positions, including Special Education Case Manager, Assistant Principal, Elementary and Special Education Teacher.

Ms. Magoon is excited to join our team in the Milford School District. Her experience, talents and skills are sure to bring great value to our school community. Please join me in congratulating Ms. Magoon and welcoming her to our School District.

Good Morning Milford Families, Faculty, Staff, and Community Members,

I’m pleased to announce our new Interim Principal, Ms. Janette Radowicz, and Assistant Principal. Mr. Joseph Wright. I am thrilled they have chosen to join our team here in Milford and look forward to their leadership in the months ahead. I hope you will join me in extending a warm welcome to our newest MSD leaders. A Meet & Greet event will be scheduled for August; please stay tuned as we would enjoy having you stop by to say hello!

It is also with great appreciation that I recognize the numerous faculty and staff members who participated in our search process. Several hours were generously dedicated over multiple weeks. I am thankful to each individual who helped us get to this point.

Please allow me to introduce to you…
 
Janette Radowicz, MHS Interim Principal
 
Ms. Radowicz holds her M.Ed in Teaching and Learning, as well as Educational Leadership from the University of Maine. She has 16 years of experience as an Administrator. Most recently she served as Principal of Nute Middle High School, Milton, NH. Prior to Nute, she was the Associate Principal at Salem High School for seven years, and Assistant Principal of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in South Paris, ME for 5 years. She has worked closely with CTE Directors in staffing, curriculum and competency-based education. She is a believer in the power of building a community in a school, with staff, students and parents working together to foster student success. Janette will join our team on Monday, July 19th.

Joseph Wright, MHS Assistant Principal

Mr. Wright holds a M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from Southern Utah University. He will be joining Milford from Merit Preparatory Academy in Springville, Utah, where he taught a wide range of classes, such as Social Studies, Spanish, ESL, Speech & Debate, and Game Theory & Design. He has held a variety of leadership positions, including LMS Lead, assistant administrator, and student advocate & ESL Lead. Five words that Mr. Wright uses to describe his educational leadership style include: equality, vision, dialogue, service, and reflection. Joseph will join our team on Monday, August 2nd.
