Dear Milford School Community,

 

It is with great excitement that I announce the appointment of Mrs. Nichole O’Brien as the next Principal of Milford High School, effective July 7, 2025.

 

Following a comprehensive search and interview process that included input from staff, students, parents, and community members, Mrs. O’Brien emerged as the clear choice to lead Milford High School forward. She brings to the role a strong background in educational leadership, a deep commitment to student success, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with the values of our school district.

 

Mrs. O’Brien most recently served as Associate Principal at Sanborn Regional Middle and High School, where she led efforts to strengthen academic achievement, cultivate community partnerships to expand student opportunities, support content-area teaching teams through mentoring and coaching, and foster a positive school culture.

 

We are confident that her experience, vision, and dedication will serve the students and families of Milford well. Please join me in welcoming Mrs. O’Brien to the Milford School District. We look forward to the leadership, passion, and innovation she will bring to Milford High School.
