The Milford Technology Department strives to support district goals of enhancing the educational experience for all students and we are here to help make that happen.
TECHNOLOGY UPDATE:
To avoid sharing devices, students have been designated one Chromebook and charger that can be taken home. Each Chromebook costs $220 and students are responsible for any damage that occurs to the devices.
Enrollment Deadline for this Insurance: October 15, 2023
Families who purchased $15 per device insurance for the year (School Year 2023 - 2024) will be protected from unexpected costs due to the following damages:
- Accidental Damage (drops and spills)
- Cracked Screen
- Liquid Submersion
- Fire and Flood
- Earthquake and Natural Disaster
- Tornado and Hurricane
- Power Surge by Lightning
- Vandalism
The following is not covered:
- Theft
- Manufacture Defects & Mechanical Failure
- Theft From Unlocked/Unattended Vehicle
- Standard Wear and Tear
- Cosmetic Damage

 If your student experiences technical challenges with their online learning during this time, please contact your child’s teacher. We have set up a help-desk for the staff to ensure they have access to online support throughout this remote learning process. Our technology team is prepared and ready to ensure their success.
