Special Advisory Committee on Enrollment Projections and District Organization

The Milford School Board has a Special Advisory Committee on Enrollment Projections and District Organization responsible for studying student enrollment trends, analyzing future population projections, and evaluating how the district is organized to best serve students and the community. By analyzing data and gathering stakeholder input, the committee supports strategic planning, responsible resource allocation, and the long-term success of schools and students.
The committee's primary purpose is to:
- Evaluate enrollment trends for the District.
- Assess the capacity of each school building to meet the current and anticipated needs of students.
- Conduct a cost/benefit analysis of various scenarios to make the best use of available resources to meet student needs with the least impact to taxpayers.
- Make recommendations to the School Board for both short and long-term actions.
