Mr. William Cooper

 

Mr. Bill Cooper has been hands-on much of his working life.  He earned degrees in Facilities Management and Project Management from Clemson and Villanova, respectively, and is certified in facilities maintenance management.  He has been serving the district as the Buildings and Grounds Director since 2003.
