Maintenance & Facilities

Air Quality Test at Jacques Memorial School January 15, 2020
Hello All,
I have been in contact with Eversource and they will be onsite on Friday January 17, 2020 at 8:45 to replace a transformer at the east side of the Bales.
What this means is we will have to close off the entrance to Bales and have two-way traffic using the exit from both buildings. I have attached a map so that you can have a better idea of what is going on. As you can see the east side of Bales will be shut down for the day. I asked Eversource not to show up until after the morning buses but they will impact the afternoon buses. I also understand that we have buses during the day and I will have staff at the entrances to guide everyone around the building.
Please understand that we need to work together and with Eversource. The rain date will be Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Please contact me if you have any questions. Please share this email with your staff.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
